Join me on Saturday, June 14 at Boston's official "NO KINGS: NATIONWIDE DAY OF DEFIANCE" protest, which is partnering with Beantown’s annual Pride Festival. The official schedule for "NO KINGS BUT YAAAS QUEENS" is in the works for the rally and will be updated here accordingly.

Please RSVP to get an approximate head-count for beer and food and bring whatever you want to add to the table to share (if desired, it's not required!). Note that the RSVP attendee list is private and and not viewable by anyone other than the host.

About "No Kings: Nationwide Day of Defiance"

NO KINGS is a National Day of Action and mass mobilization in response to increasing authoritarian excesses and corruption from Trump and his MAGA cult (i.e., MAGATs). We’ve watched as they’ve cracked down on free speech, detained people for their political views, threatened to deport American citizens, and defied the courts. They’ve done this all while continuing to serve and enrich their billionaire allies as thousands die due to cuts in critical funding in public health programs around the world, as food insecurity and hunger rises.

The growing evil must be confronted, and our only hope is to stand together in solidarity for what we know to be right and true, while valuing each and every individual’s inherent worth as a human, and as an American.

This family-friendly gathering in the "Lourdes loop" parking lot will include live music featuring some of Boston’s local musicians. Think: jam bands, funk, and songs of protest from the Grateful Dead, Dylan, Hendrix, Neil Young, and beyond. Line up coming soon!

Host: Dr. P.K. Newby (Founder, Food Matters Multimedia)

Please consider donating to Indivisible, the ACLU, or another nonprofit taking a leading role in fighting for democracy, and encourage everyone you know, everywhere, to stand up on June 14 at a local event. Find one near you at the official No Kings page.
